INTERACTIVE VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM  We utilize a 24 hour recorded information hotline that provides a custom property identifier & custom recorded message unique to your home.  This is placed in all of our marketing media.  A traditional magazine garners about 30 calls a month.  Our 1-800 number garners 100 to 150 calls a month, all of which are captured & we are able to return these phone calls & establish dialogue regarding your home.

EXTENSIVE INTERNET ADVERTISING  Our internet advertising is 2nd to none.  We provide internet advertising of all our listings, which include a multitude of photographs, a virtual tour & thorough description of your home.  Our listings are "syndicated" to every major Real Estate search engine aggregator; with a heavy emphasis on Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow.com, Craigslist, Google, Yahoo & many more.

PRINT MEDIA  We will advertise your home in quality home sales magazine and newspaper ads targeted specifically to home buyers.
